No discovery theater.

Four phases, each with a deliverable you can hold. If a phase isn't producing something useful, we skip it.

    Diagnose

    A working session on the real constraint — not the feature list. We leave with a written problem statement, a scope you can defend, and a fixed price.

  2. 02Week 1

    Architect

    Data model, system boundaries, and the three decisions that will be expensive to reverse. You get a technical brief before a line of product code is written.

  3. 03Weeks 2–10

    Build in the open

    Weekly builds in your hands, a shared board you can read without a meeting, and a Slack channel where I'm a person and not a ticket queue.

  4. 04Launch

    Ship & hand off

    Store submission, monitoring, CI, and documentation written for whoever inherits it. You own the repo, the accounts, and the knowledge.
